Invade is currently looking for innovative, like-minded folks who love retail-centric activations and lifestyle events to fill the following positions:

Strategy Department:
(A) Executive, Strategy / Business Development 
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Ability to create and craft business plans, decks, portfolios and proposals efficiency
  • Able to develop new businesses and opportunities through networking and establish long term working relationships
  • Present proposals to prospective stakeholders and provide after engagement support
  • Resolve issues and negotiate agreements and business proposals
  • Maintain tidy record of sales and customer management
  • Request for costing (e.g logistics, event management fee, licensing fees, fringe activities fees, etc) from the Brands department
  • Review communications channel with marketing department
  • Responsible for content creation, research, conceptualisation

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or account executive role for any of the following; event agency, exhibition company, creative agency/ marketing agency, real estate management company like Savills, Knight Frank, Far East or Capitaland
  • Analytical, decision-making and good time management skills
  • Knowledge of market research, business making and negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Natural leader and motivator of business development team
  • Ambitious and target focussed with a drive to succeed
  • Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • Able to commit weekends and/or OT

Brands Department:
(A) Executive, Project Management
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Managing existing brands like MOX Parade, Flea Party, Artbox and establish long term working relationships
  • Able to manage and strategise end to end activities and coordination of projects
  • Provide after engagement support
  • Resolve issues and negotiate agreements and business proposals
  • Maintain customer relationship management records
  • Drafting of sales quotation to potential client
  • Sourcing of quotations from contractors, service providers, etc for the projects
  • Projecting estimated costing and matching it against actual costing

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or account executive role for any of the following; event agency, exhibition company, creative agency/ marketing agency, real estate management company like Savills, Knight Frank, Far East or Capitaland
  • Creative thinking and good PR skills
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Able to commit weekends and/or OT

(B) Executive, Vendor Management 
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Provide vendor service support and handle vendors’ queries via email or phone
  • Vendor management and curation for our retail markets
  • General office administration and other event miscellaneous tasks
  • Set-up of events and on-site assistance and coordination
  • Sourcing of quotations from external vendors

Requirements:

  • Good attitude, takes initiative
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (speaking and writing)
  • Able to solve customers’ problems effectively
  • Internet savvy with knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Able to commit weekends and/or OT

Marketing Department:
(A) Graphic Designer
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Cultivate a solid body of work
  • Schedule project implementation
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, products and websites
  • Determine the message the design should portray
  • Assist in developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval

Requirements:

  • Articulate with good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (in Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
  • Proficient in design aspects
  • Self-motivated, fast-learner, high initiative and able to work independently
  • Able to commit weekends and/or OT

Administration Department
(A) Executive, HR
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR duties
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations activities
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
  • Assist Department Managers / Group Managers in Human Resources planning
  • Manage recruitment and selection process (eg. advertisement placement, arranging of interviews, etc)
  • Participate in Recruitment and Selection
  • Handle monthly Payroll processing
  • Involve in employee related matters
  • Assist in administration of annual performance appraisals, prepare appointment letter, staff orientation, payroll & etc
  • Update monthly Organisation Chart and email to Management
  • Participate in organising company staff activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc finance related projects

Requirements: 

  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Able to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong organisational skills and pay close attention to details
  • Able to meet dateline and work effectively under pressure
  • Able to commit weekends and/or OT

MOX:
(A) Executive, Operation 
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Front concierge and help co-working members with their daily enquiries and needs
  • Answer email enquiries for venue rental and day-pass enquiries
  • Maintain a space of 3 levels, including up-keeping and managing interior enhancement works
  • Provide support to partnership executive and community executive
  • Work with various workshop partners to maintain schedule, and receive details of workshop
  • Ensuring schedules and workshops are properly listed on website and other platforms
  • Managing cancellations of workshops and work with finance for payment related matters
  • Compile attendance for workshops
  • Supporting workshop partners in space requirements – unlocking doors, AV systems, tables, etc.
  • Work with IT and WiFi vendors for connectivity and security systems (including door systems)
  • Ensure building fire safety concerns are addressed
  • Manage inventory of creative hardware tools and resources

Requirements:

  • At least 1year of experience, preferably in operational work relating to retail, co-working or events
  • Work well with details and processes
  • Communicates well and finds satisfaction in getting things done
  • Critical thinking in managing operational issues
  • Able to commit weekends and/or OT
